Matthew Michelini is associated with Apollo Management, L.P. ("Apollo Management"). Affiliates of Apollo Management serve as investment managers and investment advisors that indirectly or directly provide investment management services to, and in some cases serve as general partners of, various entities that hold shares of common stock, par value $0.01, of Warrior Met Coal, Inc. (the "Issuer"). As such, these investment managers or investment advisors may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of common stock of the Issuer held by the entities directly or indirectly managed or advised by them. This report does not include any securities of the Issuer held by any such entities or that may be deemed to be beneficially owned by any of the investment managers or investment advisors affiliated with Apollo Management, and Mr. Michelini disclaims beneficial ownership of all such securities.
