On September 18, 2014, we issued a press release announcing that we intend to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, shares of our common stock, together with warrants to purchase shares of our common stock, in an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”). Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the Offering. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the Offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the Offering. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
