RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
Youku Tudou Inc. (NYSE: YOKU, and formerly Youku Inc. or “Youku”), China’s leading Internet television company (“Youku Tudou”), today announced that Mr. Nicholas Frederick Lawler, a director of Youku Tudou, resigned from the Board of Directors of Youku Tudou, effective January 10, 2014. After Mr. Lawler’s departure, the Board of Directors of Youku Tudou will consist of seven directors, including four independent directors, and Mr. Jixun Foo and Mr. Jonathan Jia Zhu, respectively, will replace Mr. Lawler and serve on the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee of Youku Tudou.
