Effective August 13, 2010, Gex F. Richardson voluntarily tendered his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of BioMedical Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. The resignation is effective immediately.
Effective August 13, 2010 David A. Kempf voluntarily tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer, of BioMedical Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. The resignation was effective immediately. Mr. Kempf will continue to hold the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Effective August 13, 2010, Donald G. Cox was elected by the Board of Directors to fill the vacancy upon the resignation of David A. Kempf as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
