Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 27, 2016, Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On July 27, 2016, the Company posted to the “Investor Relations” section of its website slides that accompany the earnings conference call. A copy of the slides is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
