Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition
On January 25, 2011, the Company announced revenues of $17,252,000 for fiscal year 2010, and income before taxes of $5,480,000. The company also announced its intention to increase gold extraction by 40%. A copy of the press release is attached hereto.
