Resignation of Vice-President of Transformation
Ecopetrol S.A. (BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC) announces that Carlos Alberto Vargas Medina, Vice-President of Transformation has resigned, effective on January 11, 2019.
The Company acknowledges and thanks his leadership and performance managing Ecopetrol’s Transformation program during the past three years.
