Nicholas Franco, Senior Vice President International Commercial Operations, will be ceasing his employment with Axcan to pursue other opportunities, effective January 21, 2011, and Dr. Alex LeBeaut, Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer, ceased to be employed by Axcan to pursue other opportunities, effective January 14, 2011.
