Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 15, 2012, Keating Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing that the Company made a $5,000,000 investment in the Series E Convertible Preferred Stock round of LifeLock, Inc. (“LifeLock”). The Company’s investment closed on March 14, 2012. Founded in 2005 and based in Tempe, Arizona, LifeLock is an industry leader in consumer identity theft protection services.
A copy of the Company’s press release issued March 15, 2012, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
