On May 23, 2013, Keating Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing its top five portfolio company holdings as of May 22, 2013, and its pro forma net asset value of $7.97 as of March 31, 2013 after giving effect to the Company’s recent dispositions of LifeLock, Inc., Corsair Components, Inc. and Solazyme, Inc.
