Item 8.01 Adoption of Code of Ethical Conduct.
On April 26, 2010, the Board of Directors of Far East Wind Power Corp. (the “Company”) adopted a Code of Ethical Conduct for the Company (the “Ethical Code”). The Ethical Code provides comprehensive ethical standards for all employees, officers and directors. The Ethical Code is attached hereto as Exhibit 14.1.
