2. Includes 4,102 restricted stock units that vest 3 years after the 2/18/2021 grant date, 5,024 restricted stock units that vest 3 years after the 2/20/2020 grant date, 4,541 restricted stock units that vest 3 years after the 2/21/2019 grant date, 5,590 restricted stock units that vest 4 years after the 2/22/2018 grant date, and 31,922 shares owned outright.
