Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on October 22, 2013. The number of common shares present at the meeting in person and by proxy was less that the number of shares required to be present in order to achieve a quorum. The chairman of the meeting adjourned the meeting to Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 12:00 PM CST.
