Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 22, 2016, Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. (the “Company”) distributed a press release announcing that it will be partnering with the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation’s Alternative Investment Product Services platform in its continual efforts to provide superior customer service to its advisor partners in the broker/dealer community and their clients.. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
