Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 29, 2023, Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) distributed to stockholders a cover letter to its Proxy Statement and a slide deck presentation on Company business in connection with the Company’s stockholder consent in lieu of an annual meeting for the 2023 fiscal year. The cover letter and slide deck are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
Also on November 29, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing an update on Company operations and the Company’s stockholder consent in lieu of an annual meeting for the 2023 fiscal year which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3 and incorporated herein by reference.
