Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 8, 2024, Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release updating shareholders regarding its intent to present to the Board of Directors a request to call an annual meeting of stockholders as required under the bylaws of the Company in the month of August 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
