On March 26, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Fitbit, Inc. (the “Company”) adopted a form of agreement to be used for future grants of performance restricted stock under the Company’s 2015 Equity Incentive Plan. A copy of the form of Global Notice of Performance Restricted Stock Unit Award and Global Performance Restricted Stock Unit Agreement is attached to this report as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
