ITEM 5.03. AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR
Effective November 23, 2010, China Power Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) filed Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation, which effected a two-for-one reverse split of the Company’s issued and outstanding common stock. The Company is currently processing the reverse split with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and its effectiveness in the marketplace is pending.
