1. On 4/5/2017, Mr. Sallarulo was issued 250,000 restricted common shares of Paymeon, Inc. in conjunction with joining the Company's board of directors.

2. On 8/16/2018, Mr. Sallarulo purchased 1,333,333 restricted shares for $0.075 per share from the Company.

3. On 10/17/2017, Mr. Sallarulo was issued an option to purchase 250,000 common shares of the Company for a strike price of $0.25 per share in conjunction with his continued service on the Company's board of directors.
