On September 13, 2019, David J. Landes, a member of the Board of Directors of Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc., died at the age of 63. Mr. Landes served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2009. Mr. Landes will be remembered at Pioneer for his business acumen, erudition and personal compassion.
