Explanation of Responses:

1. Issuance of additional shares representing the dividend equivalent amount on vested restricted stock units.

2. Represents shares used to satisfy tax withholding obligation upon vesting of restricted stock units and corresponding dividend equivalent amounts under the Company's Long-Term Compensation Plan.

3. Award of additional restricted stock in lieu of a $0.50 per share dividend issued by the Company on all Common Stock, which was payable June 22, 2022. These shares vest on the same schedule as the underlying restricted shares.

4. Includes 185,161 unvested shares of restricted stock and restricted stock units.
