Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 15, 2011, Equinox Fund Management, LLC, the managing owner of the Frontier Dynamic Series of The Frontier Fund (the “Dynamic Series”), announced that the Dynamic Series will be closed to outside investors. In addition, all existing outside investors as of July 15, 2011 will be redeemed at that date’s net asset value per unit. Payment for redeemed units will be made within seven business days thereafter. This change does not affect any other series of The Frontier Fund.
