Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 29, 2010, DK Sinopharma, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. A copy of the press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
