Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 15, 2013, Echo Automotive, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a business update and announcing the Company’s results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2013 and distributed a Letter to Shareholders providing a quarterly update on the Company’s business. A copy of the Letter to Shareholders is posted on the Company’s website.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Letter to Shareholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, and the full text of each of the press release and the Letter to Shareholders is incorporated herein by reference.
