Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 5, 2010, Dynamic Ventures Corp. (the “Company”) received approval from FINRA for its previously announced forward split. The forward split will be at a ratio of 5:1 and will be accomplished through a dividend of four shares for each share of stock outstanding as of November 9, 2010, the record date. Additional details of the transaction are as follows:

The declaration date was November 4, 2010;

The record date is November 9, 2010;
·
The payment date is November 10, 2010, the dividend forward split shares will be mailed on this date without any action required on the part of the shareholders;

The ex date is November 12, 2010; and
·
The due bill date is November 16, 2010.
