Effective July 30, 2016, Michael McElroy, General Counsel of Stonegate Mortgage Corporation (the “Company”), has resigned to pursue other opportunities.
Effective August 1, 2016, David Kress, currently Associate General Counsel at the Company, will become the Company’s interim General Counsel until a permanent General Counsel is appointed.
