Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

TPI Composites, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the departure of Mark R. McFeely, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, from the Company, effective November 15, 2018. Steven C. Lockard, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, will oversee the Company’s operational activities on an interim basis until a successor to Mr. McFeely is appointed. The Company has commenced a search for a successor to Mr. McFeely.
