Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 20, 2020 Mr. Len E. Walker resigned from IronClad Encryption Corporation as its Vice President of Legal, Corporate Secretary, and General Counsel, and any and all similar executive positions at IronClad and its subsidiaries.
The Board of Directors subsequently accepted his resignation with regrets.
