Explanation of Responses:

1. On September 28, 2018, the issuer issued restricted common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, to Mr. Bunger in lieu of cash payment of deferred wages and compensation at $0.35 per share for his service as a director on the board of directors of the issuer.

2. On May 4, 2018, Mr. Bunger purchased a convertible note in the principal amount of $39,062, plus interest accruing at a rate of { }%, convertible to shares of the issuer's Series B Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share. In conjunction with this note, the issuer issued Mr. Bunger a 5 year warrant to purchase 156,250 shares of common stock of the issuer, par value $0.0001 per share.
