ITEM 7.01
ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
On May 11, 2010, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that on April 27th, 2010 it entered into a Joint Venture agreement with T&M Salvage, Inc. (d.b.a. T&M Iron and Metals) for acquiring, processing, managing quality control, and delivering ferrous metals for commercial related accounts. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
