2. All 4,303 options have vested and remain exercisable.

3. All 8,726 options have vested and remain exercisable.

5. On October 31, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted 69,041 restricted stock units, of which 34,520 have vested and have converted into ordinary shares. The remaining 34,521 restricted stock units will vest in two equal installments on July 31, 2022 and October 31, 2022.
