Article 1 Property Information
Lessor now owns property Jingruidasha 11th Floor, Block B Room A (hereinafter referred to Property) office and rents to the lessee for office use, and the space is 262.29 square meters. Lessee has the right to use public areas as agreed and specified by the Lessor.
Article 2 Lease Period

Article 3 Rent and Payment

Article 4 Deposit
