Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On June 17, 2010, the Company filed with the Nevada Secretary of State, a Certificate of Correction to its Articles of Incorporation, in order to clarify the “Certificate of Change Pursuant to NRS 78.209 for Nevada Profit Corporations” filed on October 27, 2009. The Certificate of Correction was filed to reflect July 10, 2009, as the date the Company affected a 3-for-1 stock split and an increase of its authorized shares to 180,000,000.
