On March 23, 2012, the Board of Directors of EVCARCO, Inc. formalized the departure of Joshua D. Spivey from the Company.
Mr. Spivey has not actively participated in the Board activities since April of 2011. By mutual agreement, $35,000 in compensation accrued to Mr. Spivey, while he was the Chief Investment Officer, has been cancelled.
