On September 12, 2019, Ritter Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing top-line results from its Liberatus Phase 3 Trial of RP-G28 for lactose intolerance. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
