Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 24, 2022, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that 86 shares were withheld to satisfy withholding taxes applicable upon vesting of the February 23, 2021 grant of restricted stock units; 0 shares were withheld to satisfy withholding taxes.

Remarks:

This amendment provides the correct number of shares withheld and correctly reflects the number of shares of common stock owned by the reporting person at the time of the original filing.
