Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On December 20, 2012, REG Newton, LLC, a subsidiary of Renewable Energy Group, Inc., and AgStar Financial Services, PCA (“AgStar”) extended the term of the Master Loan Agreement, dated as of March 8, 2010, by and between AgStar and REG Newton, LLC, as supplemented (the “AgStar Loan”), effective December 14, 2012. The maturity date of AgStar Loan was extended until March 8, 2014.
