Item 5.02. Departure of Named Executive Officer.
(b) Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that effective September 30, 2020, Gary Haer will no longer serve as Vice President, Sales & Marketing, and will instead serve as Vice President, Special Projects. Mr. Haer intends to retire from the Company by the end of March 2021.
