(the “Company”) reviewed in further detail the data from the Phase 2 portion of RADIANCE, the Company’s Phase 2/3 study of RPC1063 in Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis (RMS) in a presentation at MS Boston, using slides containing the information furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference. The Company does not undertake to update this presentation.
