Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 19, 2020, Good Hemp, Inc. (the “Company”) paid $75,471.99 to Power Up Lending Group Ltd. (the “Lender”) as payment in full under the convertible promissory note in the original principal amount of $52,500 and dated November 18, 2019, issued to the Lender (the “Note”), in complete satisfaction of all amounts due and owing to the Lender pursuant to the Note. As a result, the Note has been extinguished.
