2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $16.80 to $17.80 inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $17.805 to $17.88, inclusive. 4. As of the transaction date, 278,896 shares subject to the option were immediately exercisable. One-fourth of the shares underlying the option vested on December 15, 2013, and the remaining shares vest and become exercisable in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the reporting person's continuous service through each vesting date.
