Explanation of Responses:

1. Twenty-five percent of the shares subject to the Option vests on the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date, and the remainder vests in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter for the following three years.

2. The shares subject to the Option vest in 48 equal monthly installments from the vesting commencement date of July 31, 2014.

3. The shares subject to the Option vest in 48 equal monthly installments from the vesting commencement date of January 10, 2015.
