On June 24, 2011, Deyu Agriculture Corp., a Nevada corporation (“Deyu”), released a letter to investors (the “Press Release”) discussing, in part, certain information contained in Deyu’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ending March 31, 2011 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the Press Release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and the information therein is incorporated herein by reference.
