On February 25, 2014, Deyu Agriculture Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company expects to record a loss for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
