On October 28, 2011, Profit Planners Management, Inc., ("PPMT") announced its financial results for the three months ended August 31, 2011. A copy of PPMT's earnings press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
