Hyatt Announces Pricing of Senior Notes
CHICAGO, April 21, 2020—Hyatt Hotels Corporation (“Hyatt” or the “Company”) (NYSE: H) today announced the pricing of its public offering of $450 million principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2025 and $450 million principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2030. Hyatt intends to use the proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of outstanding borrowings under our revolving credit facility, or any other general corporate purpose we deem necessary or advisable, and to pay related fees and expenses.
The offering is being made pursuant to an automatically effective registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and available at no charge on the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov.
