Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive, upon vesting, one share of common stock, par value Euro 0.01 per share, of Frank's International N.V.

2. The 21,118 RSUs reported on this Form 4 will vest in full on August 3, 2019.

3. Also consists of (i) 6,725 RSUs that will vest 50% on September 1, 2017 and 50% on September 1, 2018, (ii) 12,812 RSUs that will vest ratably in three annual installments beginning on February 20, 2018, (iii) 8,396 RSUs that will vest 50% on February 23, 2018 and 50% on February 23, 2019, and (iv) 9,929 RSUs that will vest in full on December 1, 2018.
