Item 8.01. Other Events
On July 15, 2015, First Community Financial Partners, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its common stock has been approved for listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market. The Company expects that the stock will begin trading on Nasdaq on Friday, July 17, 2015, under the newly established ticker symbol “FCFP”. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
