Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 5, 2021, Sunrun Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on May 5, 2021 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. The full text of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
