Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On June 14, 2010, Ancestry.com Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Joshua Hanna to the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Global Marketing. He had previously served as General Manager and Senior Vice President, International.
Mr. Hanna’s compensation package was not immediately affected by this promotion, although the Company expects to enter into new arrangements with Mr. Hanna prior to his relocation from the Company’s London office to the Company’s San Francisco office, which is currently expected to occur in August 2010.
